I arrived for my appointment and the clinic was closed. I sent an email asking for a review of where the process broke down and didn’t receive a reply. I received a voicemail 5 hours later on my mobile saying that the receptionist was there in time implying I was wrong. No apology. No email. Pretty disappointing handling of something that could have been turned around with some simple customer service and some good complaints management. Won’t return to Dermadoc. Will return to Treatwell.
