Have had 4 peels with Magda at dermadoc shepherds bush. They are lovely clean and knowledgable

My issue is with Treatwell not the Salon. Booked appointment with Treatwell. Salon called and said appt not available, Treatwell shouldn't have offered it. Offered others but I couldn't reschedule. Salon told me it happens all the time with Treatwell, very bad service. This has happened now a number of times with Treatwell. They then had the cheek to then class me as a 'no show.
Have been previously to salon when I booked directly and the experience was very good.
