The staff are lovely! And because I'd never had a facial before Joanna suggested I have a consultation beforehand to make sure I had chosen the right treatment. She talked me through everything from beginning to end and it was so reassuring and relaxing. I will 100% be booking another treatment (a vitamin C peel! as recommended) Thank you!!!
