it was a new experience, so i didn't know what to expect. it was good, i felt relaxed. lying back to have the hair washed and treated was much more comfortable than when you go to the hairdressers. the facial was nice but she could have massaged the face a bit longer, like temples. the products made my hair soft and I'm sure my scalp is happy now but i did have to wash it the next day as it felt a bit greasy and limp.

The lady was so accommodating, and made my experience a positive one. The head massage was lovely and relaxing and it included a mini face massage which was fabulous. I enjoyed the steam mask and my hair was supersoft after the experience. BOOK IT. y only negative is i bought this on Groupon and should have been 60 mins and a glass of prosecco. I was walking back to my car 45 mins after I arrived and no drink was offered. I wasn't bothered but dont put it on description if its not available.
