The treatment itself was fine and I found Michelle to be friendly and kind during the treatment. But prior to the treatment I was stood outside the clinic for almost 20 minutes waiting to get in. I tried the doorbell, called the number and emailed multiple times and received no answer. I had even begun driving home (to begin my 30 minute journey home) when Michelle called me and explained that she had run over on her previous appointment. She did not apologise and instead justified it.

I really enjoyed the treatment! Michelle was friendly and put me at ease. She did an amazing job of the massage and even threw in a bit of facial pampering. I loved it and will hopefully be going back!
