it was a new experience, so i didn't know what to expect. it was good, i felt relaxed. lying back to have the hair washed and treated was much more comfortable than when you go to the hairdressers. the facial was nice but she could have massaged the face a bit longer, like temples. the products made my hair soft and I'm sure my scalp is happy now but i did have to wash it the next day as it felt a bit greasy and limp.
