I was late to the appointment and felt really terrible but Ben managed to fit me in and was his usual amazing professional self. He talked me through my Botox and calmed my nerves.
Been going to him for months - don’t hesitate to book an appt with him!

I’ve been having HYFU on my chin in preparation for my wedding and I am so pleased that I did! My face looks smaller and I no longer hate my side profile. I had 4 sessions before my wedding and would say by the 3rd appointment with Ben I could really notice the difference. Will continue with my treatments because I’m so pleased. Ben is lovely, professional and reassuring. I was nervous during my first appointment and he explained exactly what was happening which helped. :)
