Emma was fab and made me feel really welcome. I went for a big change- cutting my very long lengths off for a bob and she did a perfect job and made me feel really comfortable about the whole process. She also very kindly cut my lengths off in two plaits to send to the Little Princess charity, which was something I wasn't sure there would be time for but she was totally supportive. Will definitely be coming back.

Emma did a fabulous job on my hair, she talked me through exactly what i wanted (shorter and less frizz translated into a medium bob with layers to de frizz and make it so soft). I left feeling amazing. Definitely coming back!
