For some reason Denis worked with two clients at once. She was very careless with me as another customer brought her something.
The hair color is awful. Although I explained and showed in the photo.
Plus she overexposed the dye on my hair because she was busy with another client talking to her.
Now my hair is falling out.
I can't imagine what kind of dye she had and what she put on my hair- color is terrible, hair gets out and all the holidays are ruined.A very unpleasant experience
