I have been to Deleux spa for years and this is the first bad massage iv had. I was hooked for neck,back and shoulder massage but was given deep tissue full body. When asked how the pressure was I said can I not have it as hard and more medium but pressure was not changed.
I asked for the manager when it came to payment and was asked to pay and would get a manager to call me tomorrow. Now Tuesday and not had a call.
