No pain No gain was the order of the day & Ana started with a very firm massage finding all the knots I knew about & others I didn't. I then had a facial for good behaviour which was better than my last as I had a shower to wash off all the product, which probably defeated the whole point ? but I felt better for it.How do you Ladies wear makeup all day ? Having my usual body scrub & massage next time but life is very boring if you don’t try out new experiences occasionally ! Thank You Ana. M.xx
