We got to the Spa ten minutes prior to our appointment
we were shown to the room at our appointment time of 2.00pm
by the time the two girls got ready and stopped talking amongst themselves it was 2.15pm
Massage was okay , nothing special , all finished by 2.55pm
we paid for an hour and just got 40 minutes
not the hour we paid for.
Shame as the Deluxe used to be the best
