After 2 weeks of man flu and having to cancel an earlier appt as a consequence, my aching body was in serious need of some tough love. The lovely sisters were in charge at DTS on Thursday and it was a case of no pain no gain. All the knots etc in my shoulders and back were attacked and broken down after a nice body scrub earlier. Many thanks and I hope to see all the DTS ladies once more after my holiday . Martin.x
