Having been here before, my experience today was disappointing. The foot spa was freezing cold, when I mentioned this some warm water was added which made it lukewarm at best. The person completing my pedicure looked pained, and kept rubbing her face/ head as if she wasn’t feeling well. Completely sympathise but also made me feel bad that she was working on my trotters which isn’t a pleasant feeling. Was a routine appointment so would have preferred to rearrange than feel bad.

Extremely neat and processional shellac manicure as well as lovely staff - overall great experience and I will definitely be back!
