Very bad experience. I have not gone to get my nails done is so many years at a nail shop. I had my appointment booked for 3:30 and they changed it to 2:50 so I had to leave work earlier than usual. I got there and still had to wait until 3:20/3:30 for my actual appointment to begin. Then the lady said it was okay to leave and we had to lift cash, couldn’t pay by card. I went out to get some cash and when taking my card out, my index nail got messed up.

I was very disappointed by my experience. I had booked a full set of gel powder with extensions and French polish. Instead I was given acrylics and the extensions were cut very short, almost the same length as my natural nail. The appointment was incredibly quick, the lady spent no time shaping the nail meaning it looked misshaped and not smooth. The white tips of the French manicure were uneven. I asked part way through once I saw the white tips on one hand if they could be removed as I didn’t like them and was told no it was too late to change. Usually at nail salons the staff try to ensure the customer leaves happy but that wasn’t the case here at all! Very disappointed and I wouldn’t go back. I got them removed and redone at another salon the same day for a cheaper price and they did a much better job.
