My nails are absolutely destroyed because the previous nails were taken off in a rush and way over filed on the nail filing machine. They put the gel or polish on top without any consideration for the health of your nails. There’s a clear indention in my nails from where they’ve been filed down too far and another nail technician said there’s no reason for this to occur if they top the time to soak the nails off properly.
