I wanted very natural looking sns extension. They don’t look natural at all. The cuticles were not pushed back so it looks like it was done weeks ago. The nails are different shapes and not filed properly so they look very bumpy, round and wonky. I’ve tried to explain that that wasn’t at all what I asked and overall didn’t think they were doing a nice job but the staff member was not understanding and made it seem like thats how SNS is supposed to be. Very poor job.

It was ok - limited BIAB colours compared to other salons. You can pay extra for shellac colour on top - that’s another £5.
I understand there isn’t a permanent receptionist but my nail technician was constantly answering the phone throughout appt
