I requested a polish change on my biab which I have all time as my nails grow so quickly. During this service, the cuticles are normally pushed back, tidied and the actual nails filed and tidied up. None of this was done so I was completely shocked to be told it was £30! He kept saying there will be a gap… when I have it done at normal nail salon, there is never a gap as all of the above is normally done and the polish applied. I wouldn’t return.
