All around terrible. You get your nails filed by a dirty old nail file which has been used on plenty of other customers, and they paint over your dusted nails instead of brushing it off. They don't accept bookings when you choose card payment as they only accept cash and if you do choose this, they'll cancel your booking without letting you know. The french manicure I had was the worst I've ever had & when going back to have it redone it was a lot of blaming the customer.

Overall, they did a good job at the nail in-fill however could only do basic nail art so if you are looking at getting a design then double check they are able to do it and cost involved. I got two nails with two small love hearts and they charged me an extra £10
The venue wasn't overly welcoming however got attended to straight away and didn't need to wait.
It wasn't advised that they don't do card payment and therefore had to go to the ATM to get cash out.
