I was left with a lot of wax still left on and my nails were really lumpy and uneven. We booked for myself and a friend to go and our appointments were at the same time. When we turned up there was only one beauty therapist and it took over 2 hours vs the 45min it’s was supposed to. We were then late for the rest of the day. Also we were told not to wear face masks and the beauty therapists didn’t have one on at all. Really don’t recommend and will not be going back!
