It wasn’t a particularly nice place to go for a pamper. I expected more from somewhere on the high street. The lady was lovely but seemed busy. They moved my appointment from the day before already and in the end it all overran; with her having to stop in the middle to do another lady. That was ok tbh but in the end I left in a hurry as saw only after how badly my nails were finished - the shellac was all over my fingers. I wouldn’t go back sadly.

Terrible experience!! I was kept waiting 15 minutes for my pre booked and paid for appointment and the member of staff kept allowing walk ins before my appointment. The place was disgusting and unclean. Very bad experience. I walked out
