Booked online but not aligned with the Salon. They had no idea I was coming and was kept waiting for half an hour before I was seen. Was asked if I could reschedule and book on another day. I told I had paid in advance but she said she was unsure about refunding me until I showed my email confirmation.

Unable to get to my usual lash technician, I booked for set full lashes with treatwell , expected time 1 hour 30mins after approximately 45mins they were said to be done , not the look I was expecting for £65 very over priced, they looked very sparse and incomplete, I should have said something there and then but she seemed very pleased with her work, I just wanted to get out of there , I pay £45 and with my usual technician and get a proper full set that look great !
