Came to fix bad haircut. Claudia did what she could and we agreed for next meeting as not much could be done and I need my hair now to grow a bit longer to do it in way that I wanted originally. Very attentive and reassuring that we can fix it. Made me feel better following disastrous haircut in another hairdresser salon.
