Awful experience at this salon- Claudia was so rough with my hair I was literally grimacing the whole time. Also got drenched when she washed my hair and she didn’t apologise about anything- even when I didn’t like my hair colour she wouldn’t fix it. So unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Terrible service, very unprofessional, my scalp still hurts from how rough she was with my hair. If I didn’t have colour on my hair I would have left. Worse still I really didn’t like my colour (preferred my grown out balayage I came in with!) sprayed water all over my face in the hair wash. £35 for olaplaex and she was squeezing the last bit out and put barely anything on my hair. When I told her I wasn’t happy and she said it’s what I asked for?! Very disappointed. I now have to spend another £200 getting someone else to fix it
