I had a HORRIBLE experience with Deja Vue, I will NEVER recommend it! The staff were incredibly RUDE&LAZY!
I booked colour&cut. It was my fault being late, but:
I was charged fully - £180 for only colour and NO cut or even finish! There was ENOUGH time to do the full service, even allowing the time I was late, the specialist was full of attitude & refused (thou there were no customers!).
The attitude was unacceptable, u lost a client & many potential ones that will hear of my experience

Love that they are open late so I can get my hair done after work. Rebecca always remembers me and knows what I want which puts me at ease. I used to find the hairdressers stressful but now I just get to relax after work with a cup of tea.
