My hair has more split ends and looks more damaged than it did before the cut. The scissors must have been super dull because I left the salon with frizzy and kinked ends. I asked for heat protection when the stylist was blow drying my hair but he refused, said I didn't need it. My hair is blonde and has been lightened in the past so I try to always use heat protection whenever styling. I did voice this but he carried on blow drying without it. The cut is choppy and uneven.
