Unbelievably rude. I called 3 days after my haircut to ask for a small adjustment. I had the rudest response I’ve ever received. Avoid! There are better hairdressers nearby.

Anna is amazing and makes you instantly feel welcome when you enter her space. The space is very clean and comfortable and the quality is fantastic so much so I am hooked on my regular visits ! I cannot recommend the wax expert enough, the quality is on another level and Anna makes the experience so warm and happy. Go you wont regret it!
