The wax was great but afterwards I was told I owed the spa another £18 on top of the £24 I'd already paid because they had used a special kind of wax as opposed to the strip wax that I had booked online. Not happy!
Clean, attractive spa. The lady did not ask who I was (she thought I was a different customer
with a different request) and began threading my eyebrows without asking. In the end they were a good shape, but the chin was not done thoroughly
I had a blow dry and I awarded it 5 stars. It was clean and fast and as I expected.
