Went in after booking with treatwell, the salon doesn’t resemble the picture at all. The shop was messy and cramped, no social distancing in place whatsoever, i booked to be told the lady “wasn’t there” but this was a lie.

Don't go here, I'm waiting for refund after I booked a haircut, turned up and was told the hairdresser isnt there. The lady was incredibly rude and unhelpful

Terrible experience. Booked and prepaid. Turn up at the venue and the lady wasn’t even there. The person at the front desk was so rude. When I spoke to a friend about this women supposedly she is one of the rudest people on Deptford High St. When I questioned the fact that I could book as appointment and have already paid they basically said it wasn’t their problem. Terrible. I went to Aaliyah’s next door was seen in 20 mins. Hair braids beautiful and cheaper.
