Got a lovely sparkly effect Biab from Andreaa but managed to chip one nail the next day. I contacted Andreaa and she slotted me in the next day and repaired that nail without hesitation. I truly appreciate her empathy. She was so pleasant and friendly as usual even though it was my own fault. ThanKs Andreaa you're the best!
