I’m extremely disappointed with my lash lift. My lashes were overprocessed—overly curled, brittle, and damaged instead of lifted. I contacted the salon the next day and went back for a fix, but during the follow-up appointment, my lashes were handled very roughly, which was uncomfortable and concerning given how fragile they already were. My lashes now look worse than before the treatment. A terrible experience and I would not recommend to anyone
