Arrived to find that Treatwell had allowed me to book an appointment that didn’t exist. I had a missed call from the salon that afternoon while I was at work (no voicemail/or text left), and I tried twice to return the call but got no answer. When I turned up the salon door was locked, although there was clearly someone inside. I called again and someone eventually came to the door to tell me I had no appointment, that this had been a regular problem with Treatwell and that I should have received a voicemail telling me not to come. Very disappointing and hugely inconvenient as I had arranged childcare for the appointment in order to get my nails done for Christmas - a rare treat.

Lovely lady doing the treatment & was very welcoming. The price however differed from what I was showed when I booked it which was a bit of a shame & took away from the easy experience

Dee was very calming and kept checking I was okay as I am usually quite jumpy getting waxed but it wasn't painful with Dee at all really so would definitely recommend.
