I love this place; the service is fantastic, the treatment is incredibly relaxing and the products smell delicious. I would highly recommend it.
I had a lovely time going to the Decleor Spa with my grandma, and Lysida and Haley were both really friendly and kind, my only issue would be that the following day I was experiencing quite a bit of pain in my right shoulder, maybe due to to much pressure being applied to remove knots, that I should of maybe mentioned at the time was starting to hurt. But besides that my treatment was lovely. Thank you
I had an aromatherapy massage with Lydia. I wasn't sure what to expect having a treatment in a department store but the treatment rooms are tucked away and I couldn't hear any noise once inside. The whole experience felt like a real treat and I was very well looked after by Lydia. The massage itself was great and I floated out of the store afterwards feeling truly relaxed. I would definitely come back here again.
