It was very strange that I had to go to the kiosk in the mall before being escorted to the basement spa. The facial was good, not great. Staff were talking very, very loudly outside the spa room ruining the relaxing treatment

A relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. My therapist was lovely and explained the treatment before and after, she also gave me really helpful tips and advice.

Such a pampering session! Everything about this visit was great from the staff to the atmosphere to the actual treatments. I had a lovely massage, facial and a belly mask for bump! Lovely oils used and felt like I was on a cloud throughout. Definitely recommend and definitely going again.
