It was a little confusing finding the treatment room in such a big department store and there was no one on reception. But, once we found the spot and met our beauticians the experience was fantastic! I have never had such a relaxing facial. It was incredible. The beautician Lara was lovely and we got a gift bag of the creams used on our skin on departure. I’ll definitely be going again.

The beautician who gave me my massage was lovely and immediately made me feel comfortable. However, someone did enter the room during the treatment.
