I had a deep tissue massage at Decleor and was very happy with level of treatment and professionalism of the staff

I am used to massages in Thailand and China and couldn't find anything good in London until Decleor. Lola is really great. The body massage was so relaxing and my skin was smooth after the facial. I am a loyal customer of Lola's now.

Very disappointing service and facial. My first booking was cancelled without notice, so I arrived to find that out on the day. Highly inconvenient. Rebooked facial: was given just a basic cleanse, tone, mask, moisturise. No neck/shoulder massage at all, despite this being included with the same Discovery Facial last time. Therapist seemed a world away today, was not attentive or caring about my treatment. Skin felt refreshed thanks to great Decleor products, but the treatment experience itself was disappointing.

No one was at the venue and they didn't return my message and calls. I spent the money for the transport to go to the venue, planned my day accordingly and I just end up waiting for 30 minutes for nothing. This was very annoying.
