This place is fantastic, unbelievable that something so calm and lovely is in the middle of Oxford Street. The eyebrow wax itself wasn't great, I had to give a lot of direction and in the end they still weren't quite right but I felt it better to just leave them rather than keep taking bits off! Would definitely consider going back for other treatments, massages etc.

I had the best deep tissue massage with Lola and will definitely keep coming back. The facial afterwards was also excellent. The spa is a bit tucked away in the lower ground floor and difficult to find at first, but has a nice relaxing atmosphere.

Overall was a good experience. But I was kept waiting for around 10 min, before someone has acknowledged me.

Nice relaxing facial, lots of massage but forgot to mention I was wearing contact and caught off guard with rubbing over eyelids, which was a bit uncomfortable.
