Absolutely brilliant experience at decadence! Had my coat taken and offered a glass of water as soon as I entered. Claudio was fantastic with my hair! I have very thin/fine hair and he was so good at understanding what I wanted, and also offering some ideas to give my hair more shape and volume. Super attentive throughout the cut and checking with me that I was good with what he was doing. Really happy with the experience and will definitely be back!
