Vera has an infectious, gentle, warm personality and is always positive - a joy to be around, and everyone loves being around her. She has over 20 years of professional experience including top Mayfair, London salons, and has participated in Paris Fashion Week. A finalist for the Avante Garde category of the Headmasters Awards in no fewer than two occasions. We are blessed to have Vera in our 5-star-rated team and she has a very loyal following, creating outstanding styles from flawless blowdries to precision cuts and stunning colour. Upon coming to London in 2012, Arch joined the team in the famous Michael John salon in Mayfair and honed his skills under the wing of few big hairdressing names. That is where he elevated his phenominal skills in colouring, cutting and styling. Arch is a no-nonsense Creative & Colour Director. Mark has been fundamental in creating the name and the Decadence brand from the very beginning, so he knows ins and outs of the salon. Mark is well known to the majority of our clients and he is a local household name and face. Mark spent the first 15 years of his career building his success at Tony & Guy and many of his original clients remain loyal and have followed him to Decadence in 2011, where he helped build the 5-star-rated we are proud of today. His clients never trusted anyone else with their hair and this says a lot about Mark as a hairdresser and a friend. Super creative with his precision cuts and loves educating the next generation of up-and-coming stylists. His hairdressing skills are second to none. "Re-styles are something that excites me the most. I just love visualising clients with something totally different. Fresh, the new cut is the best feeling ever.
