The reason I gave 4 stars only is that the waxing was sore as hell! I have had waxing (full leg and bikini line) done in other places and this one might have been the most painful. It's just too fast. I don't mind on my legs but bikini line? I'd prefer it slower and in smaller patches. I get that they're busy and want to see to as many customers as possible but..! So, why I didn't give it less stars then? Because it was also the most thorough waxing I've ever had done - not a single hair left!! :-)
