The staff were all really great, I had to sign a form when I arrived and then was shown into the little room for my Swedish massage. I got changed and then the lady eventually came back and switched the loud radio off (not at all relaxing) onto a Beyoncé CD. The massage was great, but right next door to what I think was the spray tan machine (?) so it was actually pretty noisy until it switched off towards the end. That was the downer for me.
