Overall was a mediocre experience. I ended up with the result that i looked for however the experience whilst inside was not like one I've had before. The staff were friendly but seemed shy and inexperienced in dealing with customers. There was complete silence during my treatment and at the end i wasn't even asked if i was happy with the results. My beautician simply said i was done and walked out of the room, leaving me to find my own way out into the reception area. So if you are comfortable with waxing and dont really like small talk then I would recommend but I believe somewhere who gives such intimate treatments should definitely be more welcoming.

I arrived slightly early for my appointment on Tuesday the 4th of July. The receptionist could have been a bit more welcoming and chatty. I ended up being taken approx 15 minutes after my appointment time as the nail technician was dealing with another customer.
Apart from that, Kirsty was lovely and made me feel at ease. Very easy to talk to and good at what she does. Love my nails!!

The woman who did my tan was really nice and lovely wee shop. She didnt ask me if I wanted it medium/dark so I just took what she offered and went ahead with the spray tan. I showered that night as got my tan done at 1pm so was advised ok to shower after 8 hours, once I did the tan didnt last and I had to top up with my bottle of fake tan. I want to give themm another go as them seemed very nice, so will re-book and ask for a darker colour next time
