Turned up at salon for 2 treatments which i had booked just over a week in advance to be told that they didn't do one of the treatments despite having it done in salon previously. I enjoyed my previous visit and that is why i re-booked but what happened this week was shocking. I'll not be back. Despite what they offer online you would need to check in person.
