I always get my wax here with Jane and always been very happy with it so this time I made sure I picked a time slot with her again only to find out once in the salon that she's now left and was someone else doing it. That was totally fine until the girl started waxing my legs and she clearly didn't have enough experience because for the first time in almost 10 years it hurt quite a bit, the bikini wax absolutely terrible as well and had to try fix it myself when I got home. I'm very disappointed that I have now to look elsewhere to get my wax when I've been coming here for so long.
