Emma managed to turn a bad situation good, as there was a problem with my initial appointment, she took ownership of the problem and resolved it by slotting me into her own diary. She was really welcoming and explained everything she did, checking that I was happy as she went along. I was delighted with my nails and toes and have had many compliments. Thank you Emma for saving the day, I will certainly be back.
