I arrived 5 minutes late due to travel problems and called twice to inform them of this. When I arrived they said they’d phoned me to try to tell me not to come as they were too booked up. I had already paid on the app and I was worried I wouldn’t get my money back. I felt very unwelcome and they just squeezed me in (even though I was only 5 minutes late). I felt as if the woman doing my brows was very rushed and she didn’t do them very well. She was quite rude and I usually get much better service with the other woman who does my brows.
