Was taken before appointment time, was very efficient! Very quick wax which was great. Only downside when heading home notice a clump of wax had ended up in my hair and had to cut it out. To prevent this happening maybe changing the waxing bed round the other way to prevent the beautician moving round your head to collect the next lot of wax to apply.
