Nail or Gel Polish Removal
Stood outside due to front gate being closed and subsequently making a phonecall to the premises to advise I was outside, I was then totally ignored by this member of staff (young girl high pitched voice) in favour of another client who was stood behind me. The gate was then shut in my face. Extremely rude young girl who then said she hadnt recognised me??!! Thank heavens for Jetmira who saved the day. Fab wax and polite, friendly, professional as always!
