Steph was lovely! First time getting a hot wax and she was great, very reassuring the whole time. Chatted away throughout the appointment which definitely put me at ease - convinced me to try underarm waxing for the first time which was SO much less painful than anticipated. 10/10 for genuine customer care and brilliant service.
