I asked for a tidy up as I had been growing my brows for four months and liked the thickness of them. Kerri promised the whole way through while she was waxing that she takes off less rather than more so that she can go back if more is required and so I trusted her. Unfortunately she did more than a tidy up and tried to shape my brows and took off much more than was required. I would recommend asking to check in the mirror throughout the process

always a great place to go for waxing. the staff are all lovely. they've put a lot in place to make it safer after reopening, lots of new procedures in place. they've obviously put a lot of effort in.
